I provide virtual individual therapy for adults (18+) located in Pennsylvania with a focus on Latinx adults, immigrants, and multicultural individuals navigating identity, family, and life transitions. Sessions are collaborative and culturally grounded, offering a safe space to explore challenges, build resilience, and strengthen emotional well-being.

Sessions are virtual and offered in English, Spanish, or Spanglish, so you can show up in the language that feels most natural to you. Every session is guided by your needs, goals, and pace, with warmth, understanding, and cultural awareness at the center of our work together.
